It's back to the basics, today.
I’m a bit tired of feeling like garbage from all of the gluttony that I have allowed to run rampant over the course of this holiday season, so far. Last night, I decided I had to break the cycle. Unfortunately, in the bad weather yesterday morning my wife got a little sideways on her way to work. She’s also a little banged up, but she’ll be OK.
